We follow a professional step-by-step procedure.

We begin with an initial consultation and survey of the room. We talk about your requirements and wish-list, taking your current space into consideration. If any building, plumbing or electrical work is required we can advise and arrange appointments for the tradesmen. At this stage we can also offer information regarding time-frames etc.

We draw up your plan using our design software and create a kitchen layout based on the info from the initial consultation. As we design, we can also make amendments and fine tune the plan until it's right for you. Once you're happy with the design, we can then begin pricing. 

Once we have a quotation ready we will email it through with a detailed breakdown.

We always undertake a second survey to confirm everything is in check and fits correctly before we finalise for ordering - at this stage we take a deposit. Depending on what items you have chosen, lead times are usually anywhere between 4-8 weeks.

The kitchen arrives on the arranged fit date, along with our fitter to install it for you. 

*For an additional fee, any tradesmen that are required for your kitchen installation can be arranged by us at your convenience to make the process as smooth as possible.
